Delivery & Rates

All orders are dispatched within three working days. We use Royal Mail for all order delivery. If your order is urgent then we do offer a special delivery service which you can select while choosing your delivery method.

Delivery Cost

The Toyshop (Helmsley) Ltd's delivery costs are dependant on the weight of the items in your order and the type of delivery service you require. Full details can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Address

If your order is intended as a gift and you need to send it to a different address or it would be more convenient for your order to be sent to a work address then you can change the delivery address when you checkout your order.

Delivery Security

Please note that in order to ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

International Orders

We welcome International orders and regularly deliver toys to America, Canada, Australia and the rest of Europe. If you wish to place an order from overseas then please contact us and we will be happy to supply you with a delivery quote. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.
